Our Photo Magnet packages come with a 2 person team – our professional (roaming) photographer and Magnet Making Assistant to look after your guests and keep the magnets flowing.

Our photo magnet packages start at $1170 (for evening events) including unlimited magnets, your custom border designed in advance, your team on the day and a digital copy of all the photos.

We are very happy to work alongside your wedding photographer to create magnets for your guests. We find we tend to focus on your guests more when they are focusing on you. It also works really well to have us during canapes and lawn games, so if you are off with your wedding photographer, we are still there to entertain your guests and capture the action.

Yes, we want you to have a truly custom design so we have included the services of our graphic designer in all our packages. We tend to use your invitation or wedding styling as a starting point. Alternatively, if you are handy with graphic design you are welcome to design your own, we will give you the specs.

Yes, all our magnet packages include our unique wooden prop signs – the most popular is “find me on Tinder” or “these shoes are killing me”. We can also print you a custom sign using your wedding hashtag or couple name!

Having our photographer roam allows them to capture the action where it unfolds, including during lawn games, at the tables, or on the dancefloor. Your venue will make a beautiful backdrop! However, if you’d like to create a setting or bring in your own backdrop we can certainly make the most of it and encourage your guests to use it for their magnet photos.

We display a fresh batch of photo magnets every 15 minutes or so – just in time for guests to have a boogy and then return to the display board.

Yes! We love adventure and our kit travels easily. We consider Port Stephens, the Hunter Valley, Sydney and Wollongong “our area”. Outside of that there is a small travel fee.

The deposit is $300 and we will send you an invoice.

Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your big day.

All packages include a digital copy of your images. You can receive these on a USB on the night, or via a link sent the next business day.
